Kate Middleton has been busy making preparations for her royal wedding with Prince William, and yesterday evening on December 1 Kate Middleton was observed to take a break at a charity event Christmas carol concert in London. The princess-to-be showed his support for Henry van Straubenzee Memorial Fund, an organization Prince William has been a patron of since 2009.
